When we first meet to perform the site inspection of your chosen location, we will present you with the discussed recommendations on marquee style, interior look and feel, with options and prices given for everything else that may be required on the day. Remember, it's your choice and we're always here to help!
From the moment we meet until we pack the marquee away, our team will be at your disposal for questions, reassurance and any service you may require for your function. If required, one or more of our team members will stay with you throughout your event to provide additional help and support.
The size of the marquee we would recommend is generally determined by the number of guests at the event, whilst bearing in mind that further room is required for dancing, bar and food servery areas. For the best results though, a site visit would be recommended.
Yes, we can arrange a site survey at your convenience. This is free of charge and without obligation.
The cost of a marquee is dependent on a number of factors such as size, lining etc. For a better idea please give us a call and we can discuss your requirements.
A traditional pole marquee is supported by a number of ropes, poles and stakes. Internally a traditional marquee has higher ceilings and tall central poles. The frame marquees are aluminium structures, which have no ropes or poles and a lower ceiling. For a better idea view our gallery.
We have solutions for any surface but a traditional marquee can only be erected on grass. Please call our team to discuss your requirements and we can arrange a site visit.
Yes, they can be adequately heated throughout the colder months by using industrial blow heaters.
Our marquees have been used as extensions to houses and restaurants in the past. We can also supply covered walkways to or from buildings.
No, there will be some small pins holes left in the grass but they should recover in time. Any covered area of grass should grow back in about 2 weeks.
For a weekend wedding we would generally build on a wednesday or thursday, smaller parties maybe left for friday. However, the date of erection is negotiable.
No, all of our quotations are itemised, any possible extras such as insurance are also mentioned in the quotation.
We can offer comprehensive cover for all of the equipment we supply to the event at a percentage of the contract value.
Mutamarq operates the UK's only independent inspectorate of marquees to ensure both quality and safety and yes we are a member.
A 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required before the event in order to secure the availability of the marquee, the rest of the payment is to be paid after the event.
Over the years, we've built up relationships with additional service providers to help complete your event, including caterers, entertainment, etc, and have connections with several great venues available for hire.
